Create a free account and add the vehicle once — rego, make, model and year. If it is already in your fleet, skip straight to step two.
Publish the listing
Photos, weekly price, bond, minimum term, what is included and which platforms it is approved for. Publish when it is ready; pause it the moment it is rented.
Answer enquiries
Drivers send their name, phone and question. You call back, arrange an inspection, and sign the agreement in CarPay.

What do drivers see about me?
Your business name and logo, plus whatever you put in the listing. Your phone number and email are not published — a driver sends an enquiry and you decide whether to call them back.
How do enquiries reach me?
Every enquiry rings the notification bell in your CarPay dashboard and lands in the Enquiries tab with the driver's name, phone and message. Nothing is hidden behind an upgrade.
Can I list more than one car?
Yes. Each vehicle in your fleet can have one live listing at a time, so your listings always map one-to-one onto real cars.
Can I pause or remove a listing?
Any time. Pause it while the car is out on rent and republish when it comes back — the same listing, no retyping.
Do I have to use CarPay to manage the rental?
The listing lives next to the rest of your fleet in CarPay, so rent tracking, payment reminders and e-signed agreements are already there if you want them. The rental contract itself is between you and the driver.
Who is responsible for the vehicle and the agreement?
You are. CarPay Rentals is a place where drivers find your listing — it is not a party to the rental, does not hold your bond, and does not verify vehicle details on your behalf.
